    You saved my life this morning!

    My SI joint pain was killing me, so I turned to a website I had found a few months ago, danceproject.ca, and clicked on your video, The Pilates Quick Fix. It worked miracles. I also read your post on danceproject called The SI Joint Whisperer Tells All. I’ve been practicing the pelvic smile all day! Now my face is smiling, too!

    I’ve been struggling with SI joint pain since last November. I started working with a physiotherapist last month, which has been helpful, but I really needed that quick fix for when things don’t go right. My physio gave me a new exercise where I lie on my stomach, flex one knee and contract the glut on that same leg. Sounds harmless, but my SI just does not like it when I do any exercises lying on my stomach. So I woke up this morning in pain. I’m not attempting the exercises you have in the video that involve lying on the stomach, nor the ones my physio gave me. Maybe someday my core strength will be up to it. I sure hope so.
